Underwater World

We brought Caden to the underwater world for the first time, thinking that he may like viewing the different types of sea creatures since he loves to admire GuGu's house fish tank. And its also time to explore him to various kinds of sea creatures since he has seen animals on a few outings to the Zoo.

He was happily playing at the touch pool with the stingrays during our tour round the 1st level as he followed what the rest of the children had done. Then as we proceed to the second level where they featured the different kinds of crabs, Caden began to exhibit his fear to us, he would say "don't want, don't want".. we then have to coax him and let him know that these crabs are in a tank.. so they wouldn't hurt him..

The first time we saw him really fearful is when we walked past the tunnel of fishes swimming around at the point when he saw a group of fishes swim together passed us. Caden was so scared that he suddenly buried his face in PaPa's shoulder and refused to open his eyes, and refused to turn around despite Mummy telling him, that the fishes are gone..

We thought we could help him to overcome his fear if we go through the tunnel one more time, but Caden continue to be traumatised when he saw that group of fishes swam by again. Surprisely, he was not afraid of those baby sharks nor big fat fishes (I forgot the names). As long as those fishes swam in a big group, that terrifies him..
