Caden simply loves his LeapFrog leap pad nowadays and demands its company each night before he sleeps. He has learnt how to switch on that leap pad, interactively playing with the pages, repeating each word after the leap pad (only on those words he likes - e.g. car, robot,super star, etc). In the leap pad, there are a number of pages in the book that play the ABC song on one of the icons which he loves to press. Hence, as a result, after 1.5 weeks of interactive play on the leap pad, this morning, Caden suddenly sang the ABC song to me! !I was so surprised with his progress and got him to repeat the song again to PaPa after his morning shower. And he sang it in tune again (except for some missing alphabets in between the song). This evening when we returned home from work, we got him to sing for Grandma, and he got it quite accurately. Hopefully after another week with the leap pad, he will get to learn the complete set alphabets through the song...
