It's the Disneyland day trip for Caden and Ethan! We woke up late on our 3rd day and had a quick breakfast in the hotel room (PaPa went to get some Starbucks coffee which was a bonus to our boring breads). By the time we reached the park, it was about 1040am and we saw alot of people walking in the Disney park queuing for rides.

We headed straight to the Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters station and Caden was very excited with the ride - this ride allows us to shoot with the buzz lightyear guns at the targets in a dark space. Ethan was terrified with the light and sound effects and started crying when the ride started and wanted so much to get out of the place. Finally, when the ride was completed, Mummy had to go for a second round with Caden (since there was no queue) as Caden didn't seem to have enough yet. PaPa had to pacify Ethan's crying by buying him a toy from the Buzz Lightyear gift store.
Caden and Ethan favorite character of the day - Mr Buzz Lightyear
At Flying saucer Orbitron
This car ride is quite fun (also quite a fair bit of wait) - I think this is one of the boys' fav rides
Waiting for the musical 'Festival of Lion King"
Ethan still looked happy before the show started
Ethan started to cover his ears again when the fire stunts were displayed
We took a picture near the sleep beauty castle (Ethan is actually whining to buy a toy when this pic was taken)
At Mad Hatter TeaCups
While waiting for our 3-D show at Mickey's PhilharMagic
Caden asked to take a picture with Flying Dumbo
Highlights of the fantasy parade
The boys enjoyed meeting the characters and in fact some of them teased the boys by pushing them with their tummies!
PaPa and Caden abandoned Ethan and Mummy halfway through the photo-shots with the characters to get Caden's Buzz lightyear toy gun and they took 2 more rides at Buzz. Poor Ethan realised their absence soon and decided to wait outside the photo-shoot area and waited for a long long time...
Ethan then found a kiosk selling some toys and started to play with it
Cannot resist being a Minnie Mouse for a minute
We took this Jungle River Cruise ride at Adventureland and it was one of the longest wait of the day (actually only abt 30 mins). The ride was fun as we had a skipper who took us through the safari and had some special effects of the volcano and shooting of the villians but the effects had again scared Ethan and he buried himself in PaPa's body
Ethan was again horrified in the Winnie the Pooh's station as the honey pot transported us into a dark tunnel
After dinner, we decided to go for our second ride at Winnie the Pooh's hut - Ethan looked more relaxed and had enjoyed the ride

The tired looking boy
It was such a long and tiring day for us and we only reached our hotel near 10pm. Caden and Ethan asked to play in the tub again instead of getting a quick shower!
The HK disneyland is very much smaller compared to Tokyo's Disneyland and less of the atmosphere we had experienced in Tokyo (where the locals were dressed up in Disney themed attires and had their picnics during the day parades). Compared to Singapore's Universal Studio, I would say that HK's Disney have more rides for the younger children and kept them more occupied, coupled with the fact that the queues are much shorter in HK so we got to take many more rides this round. But this came with a higher price tag as children from 3 years on requires an admission ticket which costs us HKD350 per adult and HKD250 per child. On a totality basis, the full day expenditure came up to almost SGD300 (including meals)..
